You join online earning sites in hopes of making a few extra bucks but not to long afterwards you also find to make any decent amount you must refer a lot of people. I have been doing these site for a while and am ready to share my secrets.

This is a site where you click ads in order to exchange your earnings for advertising. The exchange rates are amazingly high right now and you normally get about 10 views for your every 1. This is the best referral tool i know because where else is it easier to find to find a referral for a paid to click site than on a paid to click site.
Silent Read PTC
This site has very low prices on advertising and ptc sites are the easiest wasy to find referrals without a lot off work. You can get 500 hits to your referral link for about $2!
Friends and Family
Tell your friends and family about how you are making money online and how they can too. Get them to sign up as your referral and help them get started and you will both be making money in no time. 99% of kids in school are on myspace or facebook. Post a bullition or blog to tell your friends how to make some extra money and they will be your referrals. You know At least 10 people get them signed up!
Donkeymails
Take a little bit of those earnings and use them to advertise some of your referral links. One of my favorite site to advertise on is Donkeymails. I wrote out a whole other blog just about this site because it is easy to earn on and even better for advertising. You can invest or use the money you earn there to buy advertising.

This site is a great one to advertise on aswell. You get sent about 40emails everyday, whenever you open one and follow the link you earn between 1 and 20 credits. For every credit you get you get one email with your referral link sent out to others. You get 500 credits for just signing up. This really is a great tool but a hard to navigate site. =[

If you join a site like earn money space you can openly post your referral link and join other paid to click sites in exchange for someone else joining yours. Surf to earn credits and put your site into the rotator. If you earn enough to keep it in there for a while you are bound to start getting some referrals. My favorite surf exchanges is EasyHits4U. The best part is you also get paid to surf so your earn while you find your refs
Use Your Community!
There are lots of people all around you how would be interested in making money online. Make flyers and bussiness cards on your computer and hang them at bus stops, community bullition boards, and at your school or office. Leave business cards on tables of restaurants and at doctor offices. This is one of the the most power and least used referral tools there are.
